This is definitely for real. Am I serious? Well ... that is a complicated thing to answer. I'm serious a lot of the time, but I'm also kind of ridiculous and sarcastic some of the time, because if you lose your sense of humor then it's pretty much game over. But I am serious about helping guys to get and stay healthy in their minds, bodies, and spirits.
